ROXY
CEO/CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER
She started planting and grafting on her parent's summer farm early. Her parents described her as a nature girl who always had dirt under her fingernails and always discovered something new. Roxy received her bachelor's degree in graphic design and marketing and started working for a firm in London; soon after having her first child, she started volunteering at Kew Gardens Botanical Gardens, where she rediscovered her passion for nature. While studying for her master's in horticulture and having her second child, she worked part-time at Hampton Court Palace in the UK.
Moving to San Diego, she never stopped learning about California native plants and cacti, still appreciating English gardening and sculptured plants; her new passion for native plants led her to work in landscaping with Fred, her husband. They rebranded their company to planetology Design ( where the divine of plants meets design and more )
Roxy's passion for design led her to take on the landscaping design and landscape planning role. It took Roxy a very short period to figure out how to transform the space with unique and long-lasting landscape plans. Roxy enjoys meeting clients and talking about their dream style and hemp. Everyone selects the correct plant specimens.
